Dr.Victor Balogun received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Idaho, USA in 2013. He was a Ph.D. candidate at the Computer Science Department, University of Manitoba, Canada between 2007 and 2010, where he completed most of his doctoral course requirements and conducted initial research leading to his final dissertation. He also has a MSc. degree in Computer Science from University of Lagos. He has supervised several graduate and undergraduate studentsí projects and thesis; and conducted several researches leading to publications in top peer-reviewed journals and IEEE conferences. Dr. Balogun has taught various courses that cut across the different areas of Computer Science. He is presently a Faculty member at the Applied Computer Science Department of the University of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Human Computer Interaction, Machine Learning and AI Applications

Intelligent Transportation Systems and Context-Sensitive Mobile Applications
