Publications & Patents

In collaboration with professors and students together with partners from the healthcare industry, we have conducted innovative research, engineered and developed next generation distributed computing systems, storage and high-speed telecommunication networks, distributed databases, security frameworks, complex systems models and medical imaging techniques to help deal with some of the data management challenges of the healthcare system.

This work has resulted in new designs for health systems, patents and related publications in three broad areas: complex systems and their application to health systems & distributed computing, health information systems, and medical imaging informatics & wireless.
